Essay Tests
When you come to Fort Clarke Middle School, you will most likely have to take essay tests. An essay test is a test composed of four short response questions and three long response questions. The test is very difficult and you will write so much. However it is good practice for High School. This year I had classes with Mr. Bramlett and he gives a plethora of essay tests, he gives them in only World Cultures. The thing about being a sixth grader is the teacher will often give you a test review, the thing is the test review can’t help you if you don’t do it. The questions on the test reviews are like the ones on the real test, and when the teacher emphasizes some thing WRITE IT DOWN! When the teacher does something like that it is because it a key fact. Key facts are often on the test so it would be a good idea to know them!
Keep in mind that if you do the above you are going to get a good score! Essay tests are hard but if you study hard and use your vocabulary in the answers, you will get an amazing grade! And above all remember that the teacher has seen the test and that when they emphasize something to write it down!
